Staging

This was a very fun house to stage. We used just the owners existing furniture. By simply removing the clutter, cleaning, organizing shelves and then placing the furniture and pictures we watched the beauty of this home unfold. The goal was to have the potential buyers see themselves all nestled in with their own belongings. This home was bid up $28,000 over asking the first day offers were accepted.
